Fresh Coriander and Mint Chutney

This fresh green chutney is amazing! You'll be drowning everything in this, we promise! It goes amazing on vegetarian dishes for extra flavour and is a key component in our Spiced Pumpkin recipe and Lamb Cutlets. 



1 bunch coriander 
1/2 bunch of mint 
Red Chilli (Optional) 



  1. Wash your herbs thoroughly, and peel a thumb size of ginger. 
  2. Add to a small blender like a nutribullet with a whole juice of a lemon, half a chilli if you are adding chilli a generous pinch of salt and a 3 tablespoons of water. 
  3. Blend until smooth. The consistency shouldn't be too thick, it should run off a spoon, but still coat it. Add small amounts of water to get desired consistency. Depending on the freshness of your herbs, and strength of the ginger you may need to adjust to your liking. You can also add yoghurt if you wish to make it more creamy. 
  4. Serve on the side of curry, or honestly anything!!
