Indian Coated Juicy Lamb Cutlets

Ingredients
As many Lamb cutlets as you desire
(Loin Chops or Chump Chops are great too)
1 x Indian BBQ Rub
Oil of choice
1 x Lemon
Natural Yogurt

Method
Place chops in plastic bag.
Add Curry Traders Indian Rub very generously. (enough to heavily coat all chops)
Shake bag until all meat is coated evenly.

Drizzle oil onto BBQ plate.
Place chops onto plate and half cook.
Transfer to Grill side and cook to your liking.
Squeeze lemon over chops before serving

Serve with yogurt and a diced salsa salad.
