Mango Chutney

Sweet, sweet mango

A perfect accompaniment to Curry Traders Gourmet & Express

What you will need:

  • 2 large mangoes, peeled, chopped or 2 tins of canned mangoes
  • Chopped 1 small red onion, peeled, chopped
  • Cup raisons cup cider vinegar
  • Cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Traders Indian BBQ Rub
  • 1 star anise

Combine vinegar and sugar in a medium size saucepan over high heat until sugar dissolves.
Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to a simmer for 45 minutes or until mixture is thick and gooey.
Serve chilled. ENJOY!
