Tandoori Chicken Skewers

500g Chicken thigh fillets 

1 x Curry Traders Tandoori Marinade

1 tbsp crushed garlic

1 tbsp crushed ginger

1 tbsp olive oil

3/4 cup natural yoghurt

2 x zucchini

1 x pineapple

1 x green capsicum

1 x red or yellow capsicum

1 x bamboo skewers




Add 2 heaped Tbsp of Curry Traders Tandoori marinade

to a bowl, along with garlic, ginger, oil and yogurt.

Mix until combined.


Dice chicken thigh into quarters and coat with marinade

mixture. Place in fridge, covered for 1 hour.

Slice zucchini into big chunks.

Do the same to pineapple.

Chop capsicum into big slices as well.


Once the marinade in ready, thread all ingredients

onto skewers.


Coat BBQ plate with oil and rotate skewers unit

half way cooked. Then transfer to grill.

Cook to you liking. YUM!

Generously squeeze lemon over skewers before serving.


Serve with salad or on there own with an ice cold beer

of choice.
