Spiced BBQ Corn

Ingredients:
Corn Cobs
Oil of choice
Lemon
Butter (Optional)
Method:
Drizzle oil of choice over all of corn cob
Generously sprinkle over Curry Traders Indian Rub.
Place over grill and rotate until cooked all over.
Add more oil and Rub, while cooking if needed.
Add a bit of butter on top and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
Serve with Indian coated Lamb Cutlets and salad
or with anything you like on a wonderful BBQ kind of day.
Best served with chilled white wine or
a chilled bottle of Burleigh Brewing Twisted Palm Tropical Ale or two.
