Coriander Chutney

This Coriander Chutney is so good! Don't be fooled though it packs a punch. We love this on any of curries to give a zingy and spicy touch. It pairs perfectly with any leftover meat in a beautiful fresh taco for lunch the next day!

Ingredients:

2 cups of coriander leaves and stems
1 cup of mint
2 cloves of garlic minced
2 green chillies
1 tsp salt (or salt to taste)
½ lemon squeezed
1 – 2 tblsp water (if needed)
1 cup of natural yoghurt

Method:

Place coriander, mint, chillies and garlic into
a small blender and blend. If the consistency is
to thick add a drixxle of water. Try not to add too much.

Place blended ingredients into a bowl, add salt to taste.
Squeeze a little lemon on top (to taste).

Then fold through your yoghurt.

Your yoghurt measurement should equal the amount
of your chutney. So, if you have 1 cup of chutney add 1 cup of
natural yoghurt.

And there you have it. A simple and easy condiment, that will have
you eating it on everything!
