3 Huge prawns marinated in our signature Asian rub and cooked in our tandoor. Topped with coconut pol sambol and served with kachumber salsa, our signature asian sauce, and charred lemon.
Chicken Dum Biryani
Succulent spiced chicken and fragrant basmati rice, layered and cooked in a sealed clay pot using the traditional dum method, infused with herbs, warming spices, raisins and cashew nuts.

Bold taste of chai tea with Baileys Irish cream that gives a smooth perfectly combined flavor with caramel, cinnamon and a hit of vodka.
