This creamy curry is thickened with nuts and sesame seeds including, ground cashews and a hint of coconut for a delicious and rich tasting dish you’ll definitely want seconds of. Vegetable Korma Curry Recipe

Shopping List

1 x Vegetable Korma Curry Traders Kit
1 cauliflower
200 grams green beans
2 carrots
200 grams peas
3 onions
2 green chillies
½ bunch coriander – leaves & stems
6 cloves garlic
tbspn ginger
½ cup of water
410ml chopped tinned tomatoes
½ tbspn vegetable oil
1 ½ cups vegetable stock
410ml coconut milk
pinch salt


Chop vegetables, peel and chop onions in quarters, grate ginger,crush garlic.

How to Make Vegetable Korma Curry

  1. Roast Bag 2 in a dry fry pan until aromatic.
  2. Pour into mortar & pestle and grind to a powder.


  1. Place onions, chillies, coriander, garlic, ginger, water and
  2. Bag 1, Bag 3 and Bag 4 in food processor or blender. Whizz it into a paste.
  3. In a heavy saucepan heat vegetable oil and stir in paste.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes then stir in powder.


  1. Add tinned tomatoes, vegetable stock and bring to the boil.
  2. Add vegetables and coconut milk, bring back to the boil, reduce heat and serve when vegetables are cooked to your liking.
  3. Stir in salt to taste.
