Chicken South Ceylon
Famous for their spices, our South Ceylon Masala represents what you will find along the southern coastline of Sri Lanka. Cardamom, cloves, pepper, cinnamon and other whole spices give this dish an earthly, exotic flavor. Chicken pieces soak up the true flavors of Sri Lanka.
Tandoori King Prawns
A feast of island prawns marinated, then cooked in our tandoor. Topped with coconut pol sambol and served with kachumber salsa, our signature asian sauce, and charred lemon.
Paneer Tikka
A freshly made soft and velvety cheese, marinated in yogurt and a blend of spices. It is then cooked in our charcoal fire tandoor & stir fried with peppers, onion, herbs and spices. Served with mint sauce.
Chai Martini
Bold taste of chai tea with Baileys Irish cream that gives a smooth perfectly combined flavour with caramel, cinnamon and a hit of vodka.
The Old Man
Inspired by the famous Old Fashioned Cocktail, orange bitter mix with apple and black tea. A freshness engulfed by elderflower and Jim Beam Bourbon.
Spicy Pineapple Margarita
Exactly as it sounds — a little bit of heat, and a splash of island sweetness. Jose Cuervo silver meets pineapple with a whisper of spice. Made for dancing barefoot under the palm trees.
