A Little Twist on Jalfrezi Curry

Jalfrezi Curry was rated the most popular dish in UK Indian and Nepalese restaurants, but unfortunately you do not see it too often here on many menus. That’s ok, Curry Traders can have you cooking this at home and serving up with in 40 mins. A quick and easy meal that will keep you all satisfied. This is a delightful curry with tender chunks of chicken, a spicy sauce, softened with capsicum and onion.

You can substitute chicken for sliced pork tenderloin
- 1 tblsp Palm Sugar
- 2 tblsp Fish Sauce
- 6 Kaffir Lime Leaves
- 220 ml coconut milk
- 1/3 cup of peas (optional)
Stir through and garnish with basil.
